These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PHIM HUB, including the PHIM HUB desktop application, Android application, related services, and this website. By accessing or using PHIM HUB, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use PHIM HUB.
PHIM HUB is currently under development. Features may change, be unavailable, or be removed before public release.
PHIM HUB uses YouTube API Services. By using PHIM HUB features that access or use YouTube API Services, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

You may use PHIM HUB only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Videos, thumbnails, titles, channel information, and other YouTube content displayed through PHIM HUB are provided by YouTube or the applicable content owners. PHIM HUB does not claim ownership of that content.
A video may be removed, restricted, made private, blocked by region, age-restricted, or otherwise unavailable without notice from PHIM HUB.
PHIM HUB's original application interface, branding, layout, source code, and original materials are owned by or licensed to the PHIM HUB developer, except for third-party trademarks, content, APIs, software, and materials. YouTube, Google, and their respective marks are the property of their respective owners.
PHIM HUB is provided on an "as available" basis during development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, search result availability, API quota availability, compatibility with every device, or continuous access to third-party services.
PHIM HUB is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official product of YouTube or Google.
Our handling of information is described in the PHIM HUB Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms as PHIM HUB evolves, including to reflect new features, legal requirements, or third-party service requirements.
We may suspend, restrict, or discontinue PHIM HUB or particular features where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, development, maintenance, API restrictions, or third-party service requirements.
